Poesie Geht Ohne Schuh (Poetry Walks Without Shoes)

The poetry of Rilke, Eichendorff (and more) set to original music written and performed by Christoph Hilger, with Janet de Vigne. The poems are presented in a multimedia format (with translations and accompanying film), using guitar, keyboard and voices. For Edinburgh Fringe 2023, we present new musical settings of works by Scots poets MacDiarmid, Morgan and Burns in collaboration with Scots-based musicians. Come and enjoy an hour of lovely music in the beautiful setting of Old St Paul's church!
