Bach and Vivaldi

The Bach Ensemble of Edinburgh return to the beautiful and historic surroundings of Canongate Kirk for their tenth Edinburgh Festival Fringe. In this concert. Edinburgh cellist Robin Mason joins the group for CPE Bach Cello Concerto in C Minor and Jennifer Kelly performs the Vivaldi Bassoon Concerto in C Minor. Violin soloists Robert Dick, Claire Docherty, Sheena Jardine and Richard Montgomery perform two four-violin concertos from Vivaldi L'Estro Armonico, No. 1 in D and No. 10 in B Minor. The ever-popular JS Bach Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G completes the programme.
