Sacred Arts Festival Music at St John's Princes Street

Songs of Displacement. Calum Robertson (clarinet) and Sally Carr (soprano) present music by the American composer Lori Laitman. I Never Saw Another Butterfly is a collection of children’s poems from the Holocaust, and Ocean of Eternity is a setting of four poems by Anne Ranasinghe, reflecting her experience in Nazi Germany. Born in Germany, she subsequently became one of Sri Lanka’s most distinguished English language poets. In conjunction with the Just Festival.
